At about 25 minutes from our shop, Valdese is well within our standard service area, and we have been maintaining and installing HVAC systems here for over two decades.

Waldensian Roots, Lasting Craftsmanship
Valdese was founded in 1893 by Waldensian Protestants who emigrated from the Cottian Alps of northern Italy. They brought with them a tradition of stone masonry and careful construction that is still evident in the town's older homes and public buildings. The Old Rock School — built from local fieldstone in the 1920s and now listed on the National Register of Historic Places — flies the Italian flag alongside the American and North Carolina flags as a permanent tribute to that heritage.
